Update the site and plugin release tooling to point at the self-hosted Gitea instance (git.ranio.xyz/adrianbonpin/deckyvault) instead of GitHub.

• apps/web + README + post.md: all AdrianBonpin/deckyvault links -> git.ranio.xyz (releases, issues, pulls, source, profile). Third-party links (SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader, MangoHud) intentionally kept on GitHub since they don't live on our Gitea.
• plugins/decky-vault/scripts/release.sh: switched from gh CLI to tea for creating/updating the release + attaching the plugin ZIP on Gitea.
