fix(www): use Gridline favicon and point links at Gitea

- Replace Astro's default favicon.svg/favicon.ico in www/public with the
Gridline icon (the head already referenced gridline-icon.svg, but
/favicon.ico and /favicon.svg were still Astro's default logo, so some
browsers/fallback requests showed the wrong icon.
- Point all www + README GitHub URLs at the self-hosted Gitea instance
  (git.ranio.xyz/adrianbonpin/gridline): releases, repo, issues, roadmap,
badges, and JSON-LD (downloadUrl/sameAs). Update link labels GitHub→Gitea.
- Update seo.test.ts to assert the new Gitea URLs.
