fix(www): point download buttons at Gitea + v0.7.12
landing.js hardcoded the OS-aware download URLs to the old GitHub releases page at v0.7.10, so macOS/Windows/Linux download buttons linked to stale GitHub assets. Point releasesUrl at the Gitea releases page and bump the version to 0.7.12; add a v0.7.12 changelog entry.
