From ded19bbe18d5c88f898b6e3df7177ba83986a15b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Adrian Bonpin Date: Tue, 1 Sep 2026 13:05:47 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] ci: use ASCII release-body so Windows curl create succeeds Git Bash on Windows mangles the UTF-8 em-dash in the create-release JSON payload, so Gitea rejects it (422) whenever Windows is the job that creates the release.
