adrianbonpin 70e6739c77 fix: install xdg-utils in Linux release deps ...

The Linux bundle step failed with 'xdg-open binary not found' because
xdg-utils was not installed. Tauri needs /usr/bin/xdg-open to build the
.deb bundle.
