docs: call out macOS first-launch caveat at the top Download section (#19)
Users at the top table previously saw no mention of the unsigned-app warnings; the details lived ~200 lines down under Getting Started. Add a callout right under the Download table linking to the macOS first-launch instructions (right-click Open / xattr workaround).
