landing.js hardcoded the OS-aware download URLs to the old GitHub releases page at v0.7.10, so macOS/Windows/Linux download buttons linked to stale GitHub assets.

  • Point releasesUrl at the Gitea releases page (git.ranio.xyz)
  • Bump version to 0.7.12
  • Add v0.7.12 changelog entry

Verified: all three asset filenames (aarch64.dmg, x64-setup.exe, x86_64.rpm) exist in the v0.7.12 Gitea release.
