Summary

Fix soft-404: add public/_redirects (/* /404.html 404) + hosting instructions doc
Remove build-time sitemap lastmod (was new Date(), misleading on every deploy)
Add preload (LCP og.png), preconnect/dns-prefetch to stat.ranio.xyz + git.ranio.xyz, twitter:image:alt
Add 180×180 apple-touch-icon.png + webmanifest PNG entry
Add Product JSON-LD builder (+ test)
Optimize homepage title → "Gridline — Free Open-Source Database GUI" + add Product & BreadcrumbList schema

Test Plan

bun test → 10 pass, 0 fail
bun run build:www → succeeds
sitemap has no lastmod; robots.txt points at sitemap-index.xml
homepage emits Product, BreadcrumbList, SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, Organization, WebSite schema
canonical + description present on / and /changelog

Note: the soft-404 status-code change also requires the Dokploy/Railpack hosting config (see docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-02-soft404-hosting.md).
