landing.js hardcoded the OS-aware download URLs to the old GitHub releases page at v0.7.10, so the macOS/Windows/Linux download buttons linked to stale GitHub assets. Point releasesUrl at the Gitea releases page, bump the version to 0.7.12, and add a v0.7.12 changelog entry.
