Merges feat/ismis-helper into prod. Includes:

• Cross-browser build script (Firefox + Chrome MV3) + Gitea Actions CI with tag-triggered releases
• Chrome MV3 download fix (base64 data URL instead of URL.createObjectURL)
• 1:1 reference PDF layout (Segoe UI fonts, logo, table geometry)
• PDF settings (truncate descriptions, year level show/custom)
• AGENTS.md + README with install instructions
